I joined Leila's online group classes during lockdown in early November 2020. At the time I was nervous about joining but I instantly felt welcomed into the group the online classes are great because you can join them live (which is what I do most of the time because I find this super motivating) but if I miss one I can replay at a time that suits me!
The workouts are fun and Leila has tonnes of energy, always making us laugh! I have made such great progress in only a few months, but most importantly for me the mental health benefits are awesome I genuinely only have good things to say thank you Leila x
