This is my 4th time going to this place and I absolutely love the drink and the food. I recommend this place.

Absolute Zero's seasonal ice cream flavors were interesting as I was stuck between 3 options but I ended up with the death by chocolate. Tasty but nothing special if I'm being honest. It didn't really justify the long wait in line and long wait for our order to be ready. Staff was nice but seemed rushed with the surge of customers that came in. Located nicely in front of a park to eat the ice cream on a nice hot day.

I always come here when I visit Northampton. I loved this place because it had so many yummy things to try. I ordered a strawberry yogurt drink with boba. It was horrible. We walked out the shop when we got our drinks because we needed to go home. But I was really disappointed with my drink it tasted like juice and the boba was solid and did not taste good.

It made me not want to finish my drink. I was bummed because I always bring a new friend with me so they know the spot. I even searched up and down the road for Absolute Zero and kept walking by it due to the construction covering the whole store. I was so grateful to have found it because I know the place is worth the visit. This was the only bad experience I've had.

Visited here for the first time while in town and was severely disappointed. the fruit teas were bitter and the boba tasted like it had a plastic film on it. poorly cooked boba in general. the rolled ice cream was gritty? and barely had any flavor. it was hard and crumbly and unlike any rolled ice cream i've had before which stays in the rolls but it is still creamy. if you've ever had good bubble tea/rolled ice cream, do not come here because it will not be anything close to it

Fun experience to watch the ice cream being made and it's delicious! Fun combinations and you get 6 toppings. Very much enjoyed!

I tried the Dragons Breath for the first time and they didn't have any flavor. They tasted dull and I wouldn't buy them again for $8.

It was only 1 worker so it took a lil while to get our ice cream but not to long that I was aggravated. I've had better ice cream before but it was a really cool experience. I will go back!

Delicious! One size, but its large, so split with someone if possible. They also serve milk and bubble tea as well as crepes. Definitely coming back!

My new FAVORITE ice cream place! So neat. So many amazing options and a great family place to stop for a treat. The boba drinks were delicious too. Very happy and can't wait to go back!
