Although I'd never met Matt in person, he did a great job of working out what I wanted and needed. He made heaps of practical suggestions that, as a novice in getting a piece of research set up, I really valued and needed. I am also not someone who is great at detail and Matt was super patient with my many corrections as I kept spotting typos and errors I had made. I am delighted with the work Matt did for me and would work with him again.
