Very impressed with their trade-in scheme, through which I was able to order a powerful new PC with a reduced price. Also a very useful way to 'sell' old PCs when upgrading, this is a service not a lot of places offer. Unsure about what parts I would need, Josh provided a prospective build based on my budget and even freely upgraded some parts when the original were not available. Overall I am very happy with the new PC and am additionally impressed on how quickly the parts were sourced and the PC built, just a week!

I ordered a PC to be built and I then decided to change my mind and upgrade 3 parts and completely change another 2 and every email they were absolutely great, advising me on the best part to replace with, offering me help with matching things and keeping me on track with timescales, the communication was top of the line and the actual PC that arrived is perfect, exactly what I wanted with no issues at all! thank you so much Direct Computers. will definitely be back! Direct Computers have supplied my business and family with bespoke computer solutions, including hardware, software and servicing for several years now. Having struggled to find a fast, competent and reliable company to service our expanding technology needs, we found Josh and his team, following a recommendation. The company was great, helped design a pc just for me, to meet exactly what i needed. Kept me informed all the way, we had a small issue with UPS delivering the computer to me however the team helped me everystep of the way. A few months on and the computer is still great! Thank you guys!
