| Job description: | UX Creative/Graphic Designer - Leicester, Leicestershire Excellent opportunity to join this leading FTSE100 company within their Marketing team to assist in the design of web pages for websites along with mobile phone apps. As part of the marketing team you will create mock-ups and prototype in readiness for the business to approve. Key skills: •Have a degree in the field of web/graphic design and a strong portfolio. •The ability to be able to resolve creative problems using your initiative and your good knowledge of website usability and accessibility requirements on the website. •A natural flair for design and creativity, an eye for excellent Fashion or Retail photography, good understanding of typography. •Working experience of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Balsamic, Enlight, HTML/CSS knowledge. •Experience of Flash would be an advantage. •Resolve creative problems using your initiative. •Communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the business. •Act quickly within a busy department and business environment. •Take full responsibility for role and actions. •High motivation and be able to demonstrate resilience when working under pressure, displaying a calm and rational approach to the task in hand. •Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure implementation within the required deadlines. •Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work to timescale and the ability to manage and prioritise own workload. |
