| Job description: | Have you the design talent and creative know-how to help bring our brand alive? Design Manager c. J30,000 depending on experience Milton Keynes If you have a passion for great design and understand its ability to inspire and engage people, why not transfer that expertise to make a real and lasting difference to children’s lives? World Vision is looking for an experienced Design Manager who has the vision and ability to bring our brand alive across a multitude of media, including digital, print and experiential. You’ll join us at a pivotal time, as we seek to revitalise and strengthen the World Vision brand across everything we do, and in turn increase our reach and influence across the UK. In this new role, you’ll help us implement our visual brand identity coherently and consistently across all creative channels. You’ll be responsible for designing key publications and communication materials, as well as providing design consultation and support to your colleagues and external agencies. You’ll be familiar with all aspects of the design process, and have a portfolio that includes both print and digital products. You’ll be comfortable liaising with staff at all levels of the organisation and be confident in your ability to articulate ideas and concepts. You’ll also need: • A degree or equivalent in graphic design. • Extensive hands on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. • An understanding of web technologies, such as HTML and flash animation would be a bonus. • Confidence and experience in project management with the ability to work to multiple deadlines. • A passion for applying your professional skills to help children living in poverty.
