Jan 14th 2010 I have been working with rtfacts for more than 16 years. For the first 8 years I was a corporate customer of rtfacts, whilst working at 2 large IT companies. For the last 8 years, rtfacts and Full On Marketing have worked as business partners, offering a total marketing solution to our customers. As a corporate customer, we were often required to launch new products with an identity of their own, but without contravening very strongly controlled international brand guidelines. I engaged rtfacts tentatively the first time (based on recommendation) and from then on, with utmost confidence that they would demonstrate real understanding of my objectives, and deliver against them, whilst staying within the context of the world wide parent company brand. As a result, when I joined the second organisation who were undergoing a brand transformation bought about by the merging of 2 companies , I knew rtfacts was the perfect agency to develop an innovative new identity whilst retaining the integrity and ethos of both of the original entities – not an easy challenge but one which the rtfacts team rose to admirably. As a corporate customer, I always found the rtfacts team to be highly creative - and always thinking outside the box. When presented with rtfacts concepts, I always saw "the 3 concepts that I expected, and at least 2 that I didn't expect, and that wowed me". The team are very open, honest and flexible and I have always liked the "open door policy" that they offer their clients - a chance to go in and 'tweak' creative, side by side with the designer - a much more effective way of finalising projects than to keep sending changes back and forth. Now, as business partners, I rely on the rtfacts team to deliver brand implementation and brand change management skills, as well as bespoke design, copy and production of any online and offline marketing communications, to my customers, in my name. With rtfacts, I have absolute confidence that all work delivered will include: - tightly themed messaging, both imagery and textual - concise, well written copy (where required) - strong proofing, and constructive editing - sensitivity, and a view from a ‘wider perspective’ - consistency with house style - excellent communication throughout the process One of my largest customers is a major paper manufacturer. There goal is ‘to be the most environmentally friendly supplier in the industry’. To work with them, everything we produce and our approach to the work has to support this ethos. Coming from the print industry, rtfacts understand the importance of sustainability and integrity as far as sourcing and production is concerned, Being able to deliver design and print services inline with ISO14001 and using FSC supplies is a mandatory requirement to be a supplier to my customer – so quite simply, they are the best people for this job. And when we are jointly bidding into the Public Sector, rtfacts conformance with W3C DDA requirements also gives us the necessary qualifications to be successful. I can’t recommend the rtfacts highly enough – this may seem excessive but I believe that a 15 year business relationship is proof and testament to an "excellent, reliable business partner who always delivers, on time and in budget”.
