Avec Design - Bristol

Avec Design wanted to create a campaign that valued the work that people did regardless of how many hours they were employed to do it. The value of a persons job should not be measured by how many hours they work, all time spent at work is Real-Time. This became the message behind Unison's campaign to gain recognition for School Support Staff.
